Placement Fees

We offer a simple service and follow a simple fee structure. We do not charge GST on placements outside New Zealand.

 

Permanent Placement:

We charge a flat fee of €995, or the equivalent in $NZ and $US for a successful placement.

This fee is refundable on a sliding scale if the crew member leaves or is justifiably dismissed within the first 90 days of the contract:

• 100% refund - Less than 30 days.
• 75% refund - Between 30 and 60 days.
• 50% refund - Between 60 and 90 days.

Temporary Placement:

We charge a fee of 10% the monthly wage. Rounding part months up to the nearest month.

All placements are subject to a minimum fee of €200 and a maximum of €995.
